Delivery Policy
Same-Day Dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day. Delivery time depends on your location.
Nationwide Delivery
We deliver to all 36 states in Nigeria.
Tracking
You will receive your tracking information via WhatsApp and email once your order has been dispatched.
Packaging
All devices are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Fragile items receive extra protective packaging.
Return Policy
Return Eligibility
Returns are only accepted on a genuine basis — for example, if the item received is significantly different from what was described, or if there is a verified fault that was present at the time of delivery. Returns will not be accepted simply because a customer has changed their mind or no longer wants the item. Each return request is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted for any damage that could have been caused by the buyer. This includes, but is not limited to: physical damage such as cracked or broken screens, dents, or bent frames; liquid or water damage; damage caused by dropping the device; electrical damage resulting from use of incompatible, third-party, or faulty chargers and accessories; damage caused by unauthorised repairs or tampering; damage from overcharging, improper storage, or exposure to extreme temperatures or environments; and any software issues, rooting, jailbreaking, or modifications made by the buyer.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us on WhatsApp (07065459961) or email (appllplug@gmail.com) to initiate a return request. Provide your order number and a clear description or video of the issue.
Refund Process
Once the returned item has been received, thoroughly inspected, and approved, a refund will be processed to your bank account.
Warranty Policy
New Devices
All new devices come with the manufacturer's warranty as stated by the manufacturer. Warranty terms, duration, and coverage are determined solely by the manufacturer.
Warranty Claims
